Q100095: Installing third party scripts in Flix 5.2 and newer

This article explains how you can install third party scripts in Flix 5.2 and newer versions.

With Flix 5.2, the way in which 3rd party software scripts are installed has changed.

To install the scripts starting with this version click on the gear in the lower left hand corner of Flix and a window will pop up with several scripts to choose from for installing. It should look like:



Select the script you wish to install:



If the installation is successful you should see:

 

The applications must be installed or the install will fail with an error message like:
