Problem summary
The shortcut Windows + print screen which takes a screenshot and sends it to your desktop does not work when Mari is the live window on Windows 10

Steps to reproduce
1)Launch Mari
2)Make sure you dont click off the Mari window onto other applications
3) Press the Windows Key and Print Screen at the same time
4) Click off the mari window
5) Repeat step 3) and notice the screen goes opaque and a image is written to ~/MyPictures

To be able to take a screenshot inside the Mari window
