ID 216819 - Panning in Ortho view is very slow

Problem summary
Camera panning in ortho view is very slow.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open the attached Mari file (cube_test.mra)

2) Go to the Ortho view and try to pan the camera

3) The camera will move very slow

Workaround
1) Change to 'Zoom Paint Buffer' Tool (the magnifying glass icon)

2) From the top toolbar, select 'reset'

3) normal functionality should return to the camera

Reproduced by support
Windows 7, Mari  2.6v5 to 3.2v1

Normal camera movement

Actual behaviour
Camera moves slowly and is difficult to orbit and navigate around
