ID 233540 - MARI_GIZMO_PATH doesn't accept relative paths

Problem summary
Currently the environment variable MARI_GIZMO_PATH does not accept relative paths 
e.g. : ~/Mari/Gizmo 
This is contrary to other enviroment variables such as MARI_SCRIPT_PATH

Steps to reproduce

1) Assign the enviroment variable MARI_GIZMO_PATH to a directory within your home directory e.g. ~/Documents/Gizmos

2) Launch Mari

3) Try to recover a gizmo from the aforementioned directory

Workaround
Use absolute paths

Expected behaviour
For the enviroment variable to accept relative paths
