ID 243213 - Creating new projects with large objects fail on project create

Problem summary
Mari currently fails to load .obj's that where previously handled by the program

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Mari 3.1v3

2) Create a new project

3) When selecting a geometry, load an obj of ~2.3GB (For repro's sake see attached)

4) Mari error's on project create, whilst in 2.6v5 some time passes and the geometry loads.

Workaround
Create the project in 2.6v5 and then import it into 3.1v3

Reproduced by support
Reproduced in 3.1v3, 3.0v1 

Regressed from 2.6v5

Expected behaviour
For Mari to not error on project create

Actual behaviour
Received an error when trying to create the project
