ID 279087 - The Icons for Channel lock/unlock does not automatically update in sync with channel locking

The Icons for Channel lock/unlock does not automatically update in sync with channel locking.

Steps to reproduce

1) Begin Mari and open the Example Head

2) In your channels palette, select the channel

3) Right Click on the channel name and select 'Lock Channel'

4) Notice the padlock icon to the right of the channel does not automatically update

Workaround
You can manually select this icon to have it update. Locking and unlocking channels will still work regardless of the icon update.

Win7 - 3.3v1, 3.2v1, 3.1v3, 3.0v1, 2.6v5
OSX - 3.3v1, 3.0v1, 2.6v5
Centos6 - 3.3v1, 3.2v1, 2.6v5

Expected behaviour
The lock icon should update when the channel state internally changes so that the visual representation is correct.

Actual behaviour
The channel icon does not update in synchronisation with channel locking so needs to be interactively selected to update.
