ID 328015 - Radeon Pro Software Adrenalin Edition driver 17.12.2 cannot launch Mari 3.3v1 and above

Problem summary
The latest Radeon Pro Software Adrenalin Edition driver - 17.12.2 - cannot launch Mari 3.3v1 and above.

Steps to reproduce

1) With an AMD card in your machine, install the Radeon Pro Software Adrenalin Edition driver - 17.12.2

2) Attempt to launch Mari 3.2v1

3) Mari will launch successfully

4) Attempt to launch Mari 3.3v1 or 4.0v1

5) Mari is unsuable and will indefinitely hang on start up

Workaround
Please roll back your drivers to 17.12.1 or make use of Mari 3.2v1

Expected behaviour
Mari should launch and be usable.

Actual behaviour
Mari hangs indefinitely at launch and only displays the splash screen.
