Problem summary
In some cases, disabling strictparsing is necessary for an OCIO config if your LUT names do not match your file names. When you do this on Linux Mari hangs on start up.
Customer reported version
3.1v3
Customer reported platform
centos6
Steps to reproduce
1) Download for instance Aces 1.0.1 from the Imageworks github https://github.com/imageworks/OpenColorIO-Configs/tree/master/aces_1.0.1
2) Set your OCIO environment variable to point to the config.ocio in the aces 1.0.1 file
3) Modify the config.ocio so strictparsing is set to false
4) Launch Mari
5) Mari hangs on start up
Workaround
Having strictparsing set to true and having corresponding file to lut names
Reproduced by support
Reproduced by support in 3.1v3 on Centos 6.7
Regressed from 3.1v1
Working in Windows 7 SP 1
Expected behaviour
