Problem summary
When switching between multiple desktops in Windows 10, Mari hotkeys lose functionality.

Customer reported version
3.2v1
Customer reported platform
Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Mari 3.2v1 on a Windows 10 machine with dual monitors

2) Create a multiple desktop using [Windows Key]+[TAB] and selecting 'New Desktop'.

3) Check that your Mari hotkeys work correctly such as [P] for Paint Tool and [B] for Bake.

4) Hover your mouse over the monitor that does not contain Mari

4) Using [CTRL]+[WINDOWS KEY]+[RIGHT]OR[LEFT] switch between the desktops

5) Return to your desktop with Mari running. Hover your mouse over Mari and use your hotkeys, such a B or P.

Note: Hotkeys still control Windows. Repeating the steps with other applications such as Firefox, does not demonstrate the problem found in Mari..

Workaround
Keeping Mari minimised whilst you switch between desktops should avoid this issue, however, if it does not, align your cursor over the tool sidebar before using the hotkeys and this should restore the functions to Mari.

Reproduced by support
Reproduced on Windows 10: 3.0v1, 3.0v3, 3.1v3, 3.2v1

Expected behaviour
Mari hotkeys should retain functionality.

Actual behaviour
Windows commands override the Mari hotkeys.
