In Mari 3, Scalar Data is inconsistent and creates discrepancies in expected behaviour when toggled on and off.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Example Head

2) Create a duplicate Diffuse channel and convert it to 16-bit

3) In the Channels Palette, under Color Data, toggle Scalar Data on and off.

4) Observe that there is no change in colorspace displayed and the View Transform does not toggle.

Workaround
There is no current workaround, however if you experience an issue you should turn on the Environment Light and attempt toggling Scalar data again. If the environment does not change, there is a problem.

Expected behaviour
Colorspaces should toggle on 16-bit and 32-bit channels when turning on and off scalar data.

Actual behaviour

In this case, there was no visible colorspace change.
