Problem summary
Inactive views on an exr Write node return the first view, not the inactive view. When the Write node file type is set to any other file format, you are able to see the output for the inactive views of the Write node. However when set to exr, it shows the first view as defined in the project settings.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke and open the attached script
2) Using the Viewer controls, switch between the different views. All will work correctly, except green as it has been deactivated in the Write nodes views knob. If the file format is not .exr, then this is not the case.

Nuke 10.0v2 - Windows 10 - Centos 6.7
Nuke 9.0v8 - Windows 10
Nuke 9.0v1 - Windows 10
Nuke 8.0v6 - Windows 10 - Centos 6.7

To see the green view, not the main view
