Blur renders differently on different machines.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the attached script on one machine, re-linking the read node to the attached exr file.
2) Render out frames 1020-1050
3) Open the attached script on another machine, re-linking the read node to the attached exr file.
4) Render out frames 1020-1050
5) Read both sets of frames into the Nuke script, and attached the Read nodes into the Merge node, from frames 1024-1048 you will see a difference, an example is in the screen shot below.
