Problem summary
When importing a clip into a project in a new NukeStudio session, the clip is imported at the sequence frame rate specified in the project settings. If the same clip is imported into a new project within the same NukeStudio session, the clip is still imported at the same frame rate it was the first time, even if the frame rate has changed in the Project Settings.
Frame rate setting is only remembered per session. When NukeStudio is closed and reopened, footage will be imported at the project's frame rate setting again, which is then remembered for the rest of the session.
Customer reported version
nuke.9.0v7
Customer reported platform
windows7
Steps to reproduce
1) Start a new NukeStudio project and note the Frame Rate in Project Settings > Sequence
2) Import some footage
3) Close the project and start a new one
4) Change the Frame Rate in Project Settings > Sequence
5) Import the same footage
6) Frame rate of the footage will be set to what the old project is set to rather than be updated to the new one
Reproduced by support
Reproduced on Windows 7, Linux and MAC OSX El Capitan 10.11
Reproduced in NukeStudio 9.0v1, 9.0v8, 10.0v1, 10.0v3
Expected behaviour
The clip should be imported at the frame rate specified in Project Settings
Actual behaviour
