Problem summary
Deep exrs with 0 values for alpha are not read correctly by the DeepRead node.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Nuke
2. Create a DeepRead
3. Read in the attached .exr in a DeepRead node
4. Read in the attached .exr in a regular Read node
Result: DeepRead node renders parts black compared to the regular Read node
