8-bit and 10-bit colour conversion may be inaccurate causing a slight colour shift
Customer Reported version

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a linear ramp from 0.0 to 1.0 with no VLUT
2. Select 10-bit 4:2:2 as the pixel format
result: the ramp on the SDI output does not go from 0 to 100 IRE as expected
3. Change the pixel format to 8-bit 4:2:2
Result: range becomes correct
4. Go back to 10-bit 4:2:2 and the range does not match either its original value or the correct value
