ID 217360 - QuickTime ProRes 4444 (XQ) Mov file doesn't read in Hiero/NukeStudio on Linux, but does in Nuke

Problem summary
Customer provided mov file recorded from Arri Alexa camera does not read in Hiero or NukeStudio on Linux. However it does read in Nuke.

Similar footage with the same codec and resolution etc reads in Hiero fine, so appears to be file dependent

Steps to reproduce
1. open Hiero on Linux

2. Right click Project window > import clip > select customer clip (location in comment below)

Result:

Import finished. Some media files could not be opened

Reproduced on:

RHEL 6.3: Hiero10.0v1, 9.0v8, 1.9v1 (neither of the customers clips will import in 1.9v1), NukeStudio10.0v1

 

Clip imports fine on:

OSX10.11.3: Hiero10.0v1, 9.0v8, 1.9v1, NukeStudio10.0v1, NukeStudio9.0v8 Nuke10.0v1, Nuke9.0v8

Expected behaviour
clip expected to import without error

Actual behaviour
clip could not be opened
