ID 225182 - VectorBlur node not calculating correctly for non-square pixels

Problem Summary
The Vector Blur node with uv channels set to motionvector doesn't calculate correctly when the pixel aspect is set to values other than 1 (non-square).

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke
2) Open attached snipped.nk script
3) Re-attach the Read node files to the attached EXR files
4) Attach Viewer to both VectorBlur nodes and compare the difference
5) The first image has a pixel aspect of 1, the second has an aspect of 0.5

Expected behaviour
For both VectorBlur nodes to calculate and produce the same result, with the blur going in the same direction.
 
Actual behaviour
It doesn't take into account the Pixel Aspect ratio and produces a different result.
