Thumbnails - in bin and timeline - and viewer have inconsistent colourspaces

Steps to reproduce
1) Download attached colourspace files
2) Download attached footage frame
3) Start Nuke Studio
4) Create a new project
5) Under project settings set it to the downloaded (and extracted) config.ocio
6) Set the colourspaces to the same settings as described in FullScreenAnnotated.png
7) Import the example frame
>> You will see there is a difference in colourspaces between the two thumbnails and the viewer.
>>> If you change the Set Media Colour Transform a couple of times around the difference between the three will become more apparent
>>>> The difference does not go away if the viewer colourspace is set to none
