ID 224261 - TimelineToolSlip::nudge is crashing due to null pointer

Problem summary

Crash in TimelineToolSlip::nudge which is dynamic_casting the selected item to TrackItem* but not checking for null (for soft effects, for example).

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a soft effect to a sequence, and select it

2. Enable the 'Slip Clip' tool

3. Press Shift and . or ,

4. Nuke will crash

Workaround:

Disable the effect on a clip before performing any slip or trim action
