ID 229381 - AJA Io4K/IoXT not displaying in monitor out tab which certain drivers

Problem summary
AJA cards are inconsistently being picked up by Nuke/NukeStudio depending on the driver version installed. We recommend using drivers from 10.4.4 onwards, but only certain drivers consistently function (driver 10.6 currently offers the greatest stability of the ones tested)

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup AJA IoXT broadcast monitor (connected by thunderbolt)
2. Install driver 10.4.4
3. Check to see if card is available on monitor out panel
Result: nothing displays in monitor out dropdown
4. Repeat test for driver 10.6
Result: AJA Io4K is available in drop down menu

Reproduced on Nuke team machine OSX 10.11.6 NukeStudio10.0v3 AJA IoXT, driver 10.4.4

Expected behaviour
Card to display in monitor output tab with any driver installed above 10.4.4

Card only displayed on certain drivers
