mov64 reader is blurry while the mov32 reader is sharp when reading  quicktime rendered
with Animation codec,  since 9.0v2

Steps to reproduce
attached - AnimationCodecBugs_TF.nk
 

1. render Write1 AnimationCodecOut.mov with Animation codec

2. Load AnimationCodecOut.mov to Read1, decoder defaults to mov64

3. Load same AnimationCodecOut.mov to Read2,  but set decoder to mov32

4. Compare Read1(move64) to Read2(mov32) in viewer

5. ####BUG####  mov64 reader is blurry while the mov32 reader is sharp.

NOTE: in 9.0v1, mov64 does not look blurry
