ID 217264 - The main toolbar's Global Graph State Variables display does not update when the value of an expressioned variable changes

Problem summary:
 
The toolbar summary of global Graph State Variables (GSV) does not update when the value of an expressioned variable changes.
 
Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a global GSV (Project Settings > variables) and set it to use an Expression, for example simply frame.
    • Note that the toolbar's variables display shows the variable and its correct value.
  2. Change the current frame.
    • Note that the toolbar's variables display continues to show the old value, although its pop-up shows the correct parameter representation.
  3. Add another variable, or change the expression.
    • Note that the toolbar's variables display is updated correctly to show the right value for the variable that is meant to show the current frame.
