Steps to reproduce
1)
Read an image
2)
add a SmartVector node and specify a file and render the vectors
3)
add a VectorDistort, connect the Src to the Read image and the SmartVector input
4)
view the top row of pixels output from VectorDistort and compare to the the original Read image.

view the top row of pixels output some values other than rgba={0,0,0,0}
