Steps to reproduce

attached test_case.rar

1) Open test_case.rar, which contains premiere_export.xml and  4 single frames

2) Import premiere_export.xml

3) See the Video1 track has 4 clips on it, select all 4 clips

 

4) Go to Conforming Workspace

 

5) -Hiero interprets the single frame clips as sequences, possibly because they
are named in a sequence. However, in the Premiere edit, from which the .xml
was exported, these are 'freeze frames.'

Still frames to be interpreted from .xml to  Timeline as 'freeze frames', as in Premiere project

Actual behaviour
Still frames interpreted incorrectly from .xml, NukeStudio/Hiero Timeline does not match Premiere project
