ID 221269 - Expression linked soft effect retains link after parent soft effects is deleted but values reset to default

Problem summary
If you expression link two soft effects and delete the parent soft effect, the child effect will still reference the values of the deleted soft effect. You have to close and re-open the project to unlink. Deleting a soft effect should delete the expression connection.

Steps to reproduce

1) Create 2 Transform soft effects

2) Expression link parameters from one to the other

3) Delete the master soft effect (driving the expression links)

Result: The child soft effect still references the parameter values of the deleted effect, have to close and re-open project to get rid of them
