In Nuke 10.0v3 on Linux (CentOS), importing the attached user track will immediately hang the application for an unknown amount of time. Windows and OS X had no problem importing the user track. Works in Nuke 9.0v9.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke
2) Add a CameraTracker node
3) In the Properties, change to the UserTracks tab
4) Import Tracks
5) Choose the attached file
6) Nuke will hang
