Problem Summary
In Nuke 10.0v3 on Linux (CentOS), importing the attached user track will immediately hang the application for an unknown amount of time. Windows and OS X had no problem importing the user track. Works in Nuke 9.0v9.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke
2) Add a CameraTracker node
3) In the Properties, change to the UserTracks tab
4) Import Tracks
5) Choose the attached file
6) Nuke will hang

Expected behaviour
To load the file without hanging
 
Actual behaviour
Immediately hangs and after 10 minutes still won't have opened the file
