ID 227213 - Update OCIO version in the Third Party Libraries documentation

Problem summary
Under the third party library list in our Online Help the OCIO version is listed as 1.0.7. However, with Katana 2.5 we are using 1.0.9 which needs to be reflected in the documentation.

Under OpenColorIO the version is 1.0.7

With Katana 2.5 this should be 1.0.9
