If OCIO config is set via an environment variable, then when using the OCIOColorSpace node the In/Out knobs only show options for the default nuke config rather than the env var set one.
Repro steps:
1. Open Command Prompt
2. Navigate to 'cd C:\Program Files\Nuke9.0v8\'
3. Set the OCIO env var:
set OCIO="C:\Program Files\Nuke9.0v8\plugins\OCIOConfigs\configs\spi-vfx\config.ocio"
4. Launch Nuke from command prompt
5. Press S and look at the OCIO tab
Result: can't select others because an env variable is being picked up
6. Create a Constant node
7. create an OCIOColorSpace node and connect to the Constant node
8. View OCIOColorSpace node properties
Result: In and Out still reference nuke-default OCIO config rather than env var set spi-vfx one
tested Nuke9.0v8, 9.0v1,
In 8.0v6 and 7.0v10 the OCIOColorSpace node errors and has nothing set in the in and out knobs. Not sure if this is because this node isn't supported in this release, or because the config file I am setting as an ev var is located in the Nuke9.0v8 folder
