ID 149524 - Remove ocio dependency from libstudio

The libstudio lib has a dependency on ocio.

This is apparently unintentional - it is not being added in the NukeStudio/src/SConscript.py.

This dependency will prevent people from being able to replace the ocio libs with their own.
