Problem summary
Customer reported version
nuke.10.0v4
Customer reported platform
10.11
Steps to reproduce
use attached DISABLED_CLIPS.hrox and test1.mov
1) Open project & Reconnect Media
2) View Timeline at frame 80, the viewer is blank for disabled clip.
No output is displayed in the viewer for Soft Effect Text with the
expression [metadata hiero/clip]
3) Sequence> Export using Project preset Photo JPEG MOV (with Keep Nuke Script)
4) Import exported .mov and drag to Timeline for Video 2
5) View Timeline and turn visibility on/off for Video2, note that Video 1 does not match Video 2
The exported .mov output does not match the display in the Timeline.
Soft Effect Text does not display the clip name (test1) on Video 1, but the clip name is output to the exported file.
ADDITIONAL CASE
6) There is an enabled clip on a lower track then the disabled one on a track above.
7) Export the sequence, import the render and drag to the Timeline
8) Turn visiblity on/off and see that the exported file does match the Timeline display.
The enabled clip's image will show but [metadata hiero/clip] will incorrectly display the top most disabled clip name.
Workaround
Unknown
Reproduced by support
9.0v1-10.0v4 on MacOS 10.2.5
Expected behaviour
When clip is disabled in the Timeline, Soft Effect Text with expression [metadata hiero/clip]
does not display the name of the clip in the viewer and Text output should not be rendered.
Actual behaviour
When clip is disabled in the Timeline with Soft Effect Text with expression [metadata hiero/clip]
does not display the name of the clip in the viewer, but Text output is rendered in the export file.
