ID 201333 - [SmartPaint] When using crop, rendered smartVectors are broken/unusable

Description

Rendering smartVectors of cropped footage (using crop node after the footage), renders broken / unusable vectors (please see the attached picture). 

Versions

Found in build 10.0v1 #1357b on Windows 7 x64
Reproduced in 10.0v1 #1367 on Windows 7 x64

Repro steps

1. Open attached script
2. Render out couple of frames for smartVectors
3. Look at smartvector channel of the rendered vectors
   • they are broken
