Problem summary
Limited frame ranges using the frame range node read correctly into an OFX plugin, but do not render out correctly.

Steps to reproduce
1) Install the OFX plugin
2) Open the attached Nuke script in Nuke
3) Reconnect the Read nodes
4) From the OFX_Plugin node, Launch the UI, in LE mode if needed
5) Scrub the timeline in the custom UI, the frame number will remain constant
6) Close the custom UI, and scrub the Nuke timeline, the frame number will change, when it should be the same as the custom UI
