Viewer.image() turns the Viewer black with a Monitor out active, and reports back the incorrect frame rate

Steps to reproduce

1) Open NukeStudio

2) Load in some footage and play it back in the Viewer

3) Run the below command in the script editor, it will print the Qimage correctly

print hiero.ui.currentViewer().image()

4) Activate the Monitor Output, and run the command again. The Viewer will turn black on playback, and the monitor out will freeze.

NukeStudio 9.0v8 - Windows 7
NukeStudio 9.0v1 - Windows 7 - Redhat 6.7 

Expected behaviour
For the Monitor Out to continue to work
