Tearing/artifacts appear when playing back buffered footage

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the attached Nuke script
2) Play back the script in Nuke's viewer, you will get artifacts like the ones below:
Note: When testing I was unable to take a screenshot of the issue, as the screenshot produced different results
Workaround
On Linux, fullscreening the viewer seems to help
Also disabling Sync to VBlank in the NVIDIA X Server Settings seems to help for a while.

This was not a problem on:
Nuke 10.0v4 - Windows 10
Nuke 8.0v6 - Windows 10

For the playback to have no tearing/artifacts, like on Windows
