Problem summary
Failure when attempting to import PySide.QtWebKit causes custom web browser to no longer work on Windows

Steps to reproduce
1. Copy example from the following web page:
https://docs.thefoundry.co.uk/products/nuke/developers/63/pythondevguide/custom_panels.html#a-web-browser-panel-example.
2. Paste into your
'init.py' file in your .nuke folder
3. Launch Nuke
4. Right click on a pane to create a new tab > Windows > Custom > Web Browser
Result: Web Browser option isn't there on Windows machine. Appears on Mac machines.
- tested on OSX 10.11.3 9.0v8, 10.0v4
Workaround
1. Try to uninstall CaraVR
You can uninstall Cara via Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features
After uninstalling, test the script again.
2. Try to install the Latest version of CaraVR
Some users with the latest version of CaraVR are not recieving issues, you can download
the latest version via our product downloads on the foundry website.
After reinstalling the newest version, test out the script.

Windows 8: 9.0v1, 9.0v8, 10.0v4
Works correctly on:
Windows 8: 8.0v7
OSX 10.11.3: 9.0v8, 10.0v4
Expected behaviour
Expecting the web browser to appear in the nuke tab without issue
Actual behaviour
Web Browser option isn't there on Windows machine
For Nuke11.0v1 and later, PySide2.QtWebKit cannot be found when loading Nuke11.
