Problem summary
Frame holds in a sequence get rendered out as the first frame.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open NukeStudio 10.5v1 and start a new project
2) Open the import file(s) dialog and navigate to an image sequence
3) Uncheck the sequences option, and import the first 10 frames of sequence
4) Select all the frames in the clip bin, and drag them into a new sequence
5) Select the sequence, then File>Export...
6) Export the sequence using Process as Sequence, and the Log10 Cineon DPX default option
7) Read in the exported sequence, all the frames will be the first frame.
Workaround
Use Nuke 10.0vX, as this bug only seems to affect Nuke 10.5v1.

Nuke 10.5v1 - Windows 10 - CentOS 6.8 - MacOSX 10.11.3
This was not found on:
Nuke 10.0v6 - Windows 10
Nuke 10.0v5 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7 - MacOSX 10.11.3

For NukeStudio to render the correct frames
Actual behaviour
It rendered the wrong frame
