Problem summary
In some cases when using the horizontal scrollbar in the Scene Graph, the scrollbar flickers and jumps from left to right, making it hard to scroll.

Katana 2.5v5
 
Steps to reproduce
  1. Open any scene in Katana, for example the Hello Pony example scene.
  2. In the Scene Graph tab, increase the width of the ‘Name’ column by grabbing the dividing line to the left of ‘Type’ and dragging it to the right outside of view, so that a horizontal scrollbar appears.
  3. Drag the scrollbar around. You should see it flicker from left to right. If it doesn’t, repeat step 2 by increasing the width of another column and try again.

Couldn’t reproduce in 2.0v5 and below
 
Expected behaviour
The scrollbar should always scroll smoothly from left to right.
 
Actual behaviour
In some cases the scrollbar flickers.
