ID 162470 - Nuke is hanging after loading 'getenv.tcl' module during application launch

Problem summary
Frequently when launching Nuke from the command line on w764 I get a hang

It gets as far as the Copyright notice and then stops

Steps to reproduce

 

1) Launch Nuke in verbose mode.

 

2) It gets to the line: Loading C:/Program Files/Nuke10.0v3/plugins/getenv.tcl then hangs/crashes

 

Expected behaviour
For Nuke to launch correctly

Actual behaviour
Nuke hangs at the line: Loading C:/Program Files/Nuke10.0v3/plugins/getenv.tcl
