Problem summary
Nuke crashes attempting to read in this large (1.95 GB) compressed Quicktime file.
Customer reported version
nuke.10.0v3
Customer reported platform
OSX 10.10
Steps to reproduce
Launch Nuke and attempt to read in the large Quicktime file (see the internal comments for location). Nuke will crash.
If you try to open the file in Quicktime it will display take a while to unpack the file and display a progress bar saying "converting". If you then save the converted file, Nuke will be able to read it in. The converted file is much larger at 6.34 GB.
Reproduced by support
This has been tested with the following versions of Nuke on OSX 10.11:
Nuke 10.0v3
Nuke 9.0v9
Nuke 9.0v1
Nuke 8.0v7
Nuke 8.0v1
Nuke 7.0v10
Nuke 8.0v7 and later crashed straight away. Nuke 7.0v10 and 8.0v1 hung and needed to be killed.
Expected behaviour
Nuke should read the file in without crashing. If it cannot read the file then it should produce an error message.
Actual behaviour
Nuke crashes or hangs.
