Script with custom Blinkscripts in causes Nuke to crash on Windows with an M6000 GPU enabled in the Kernel Parameters

Steps to reproduce
 
Ensure you have the M6000 GPU installed and are on Windows
1. Open customer script in Nuke 9.0v8 (see comments for script location)
Result: crash
2. Open Nuke 10.0v2 or above
3. Open script
4. Press / in the node graph and search for blink
5. Enable the relevant blinkscript nodes and in the Kernel Parameters tab, check 'Use GPU if available'
Result: crash
6. Repeat steps 2 and 3 and open the original unmodified script
7. Open Nuke 9.0v8 now and load the script
Result: no crash
 
Workaround
Do not use GPU for any Blinkscript nodes (disable GPU)

Reproduced on Windows 7 with M6000 GPU
Nuke 9.0v8 and Nuke 10.0v3
 
Could not reproduce on Windows7 with M6000 GPU in 10.0v4
Could not reproduce on Windows8 with GTX 580 GPU in Nuke9.0v8 or Nuke10.0v2
Could not reproduce on Linux Centos 2.6.32 with GTX 580 in Nuke9.0v8 or Nuke10.0v4
Could not reproduce on Linux with M6000 GPU in 10.0v2, 9.0v8
