1) Add a color bars node 

2) Connect TVI node to color bars

3) Zoom in very close to the left or right edge

8.0v7, 9.0v8, 10.0v4

Expected behaviour
Image scales clearly with TVI

Actual behaviour
A small border surrounds the image
