ID 162953 - Create comp does not respect version token number

Problem summary

If you create a comp special and then set the version token number to anything other than 1, this number is not implemented.

Steps to reproduce

1. add clip to timeline
2. right click > create comp special
3. change the version token number to be 03
4. Create comp
Result: comp container created, but version still at v01 and not updated to v03
