Problem summary
Save New Comp Version does not version up Write node in scripts exported from NukeStudio 10.5v1

Customer reported version
nuke.10.5v1

Customer reported platform
10.10

Steps to reproduce

From .zip archive attached-
1) In .zip archive folder 'exported_from_NukeStudio_10.0v4' ... open .nk in Nuke10.5v1

2) File>Save New Comp Version

3) Result: Both script name and Write node version up

4) In .zip archive folder 'exported_from_NukeStudio_10.05v1' ... open .nk in Nuke10.5v1

5)File>Save New Comp Version

6) Result: Only the script name versions up, the Write node does not change

The previous reproduction steps were not very helpful because the bug lies in the Studio export code, and the 10.5v1 script wasn't even exported from Studio. Here are some better ones. Also note that this bug was largely fixed by some changes in 10.5v2, but there were still some issues around it:

Run Studio
Import a clip and add it to a sequence
Create Comp Special
Select the Basic Nuke Shot Export
Select the 'Nuke Project File' preset in the tree, then in the Write Nodes list uncheck then re-check the Write node path
Create the comp
Double click to open it
Open the project settings, and look at the Studio tab, you will see that the Timeline Write Node tab is empty
Save New Comp Version
The Write node version will not change

Workaround
Possible Python workaround is being investigated
Reproduced by support
10.5v1 on Mac10.11

Expected behaviour
Nuke scripts exported from NukeStudio10.5v1 should update Write node as in previous versions

Actual behaviour
Nuke scripts exported from NukeStudio10.5v1 do not update Write node as expected
