ID 233440 - Soft Effects are not affected by sequence.clearRange, clips Ripple Edit and move on the Timeline but Soft Effects do not move with the clip and are disabled

Problem summary
When sequence.clearRange() is called, soft effects and subtrack items are not affected

This also happens for trasnition items as well

Steps to reproduce

Download footage.0001.jpg and clearRange_REPRO_TF_08.hrox

Open project and Reconnect Media

1) Set In/Out points either side of the clip with Transform 7, e.g.

2058-3219 are set here-

2) Choose Script Editor & Run python code -

sequence = hiero.ui.activeSequence()

sequence.clearRange(sequence.inTime(), sequence.outTime(), True)

3) RESULT- Soft Effects Transform7 did not move with clip and 

is now invalid because the footage is missing

Workaround
Unknown.

Expected behaviour
Soft Effects to stay attached to clips and remain working/valid

Actual behaviour
Soft Effects do not stay attached to clips, they are disabled (red x's)

and do not move down the Timeline with their clip
