mov32 Rec709 displays differently to mov32 Rec601 and mov64 Rec709/601

Steps to reproduce
1. open Nuke
2. read in attached mov file
3. Duplicate the mov file so that you have 4 versions
4. In version 1 set it to mov64 Rec709
5. in version 2 set it to mov64 Rec601
6. in version 3 set it to mov32 Rec709
7. in version 4 set it to mov32 Rec601
8. Compare all nodes while hovering mouse over colourbars in viewer
Result: version 3 will have different values to all the other versions

Windows 8: Nuke10.0v2
tested Nuke8.0v6 but there were no mov32/mov64 options this far back
