Problem summary

WAV files with IN/OUT timecodes are not recognized when placed in the timeline.

Customer reported version
nuke.10.0v4

Customer reported platform
centos6

Steps to reproduce

1- Extract the attached rar file.
2- Import the EDL, selecting frame rate of 23.98
3- Open the spreadsheet view and look at the Src In/Src Out columns, which should have timecodes of 15:29:42:18 and 15:29:45:17
4- Try to match media against MOCAP3001.WAV

This will appear to work, but the track item will appear red
Select the clip and Open In->Metadata View
There is no timecode information

Opening the WAV in other software, e.g. Resolve, is able to determine the start timecode, which is 15:29:42:18

Workaround
Unknown.

Reproduced by support
Reproduced by support. 9.0v8

Expected behaviour
Nuke Studio be able to determine the start timecode embedded in the .wave file.

Actual behaviour
Nuke Studio timeline starts at 00:00 when the .wav file is dragged into it, thus not recognizing the actual audio file start and end points.
