ID 99547 - InteractiveRenderFilters: disabled render filters appear in the Interactive Render Filters popup

Follow

Problem summary
Render Filters that are disabled in an InteractiveRenderFilters stack still show up in the list of "Available Filters" in the "Interactive Render Filters" list.

They can also be activated and the UI will show an active render filter, but the filter won’t be applied to the render, which can be misleading for the user.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create an InteractiveRenderFilters node.
  2. In the Parameters tab add an interactive render node.
  3. Press 'd' to disable the node or right-click and choose "Disable"
  4. View the IRF popup in the main menu bar and see that the RenderFilter is still there and can be activated.

Reproduced by support
RHEL 6.6: Katana 1.6v3, 2.0v1, 2.0v5, 2.5v1, 2.5v4
Windows 7: Katana 2.5v1, 2.5v4

Expected behaviour
Disabled Render Filters should not appear in the list of available filters and should not be activatable.

Actual behaviour
The filters still show up in the list and can appear to be activated.
