Problem summary
When switching monitor output from different output modes to 'Fill Resolution Stereo' the right eye incorrectly displays the last frame viewed in stereo

Customer reported version

Customer reported platform
fedora

Steps to reproduce

1. Install driver version 11.3 (driver attached)
2. Untar the driver using the terminal and tar -vxf command
3. Navigate into the folder that is untarred and go to the linuxbuild directory
4. Give root privileges (command 'su')
5. Type 'make' into the terminal and press enter
6. ./loadOEM2K
Result: this builds and then loads the driver. ('./unloadOEM2K' unloads the driver)

1. Open Nuke Studio
2. Import stereo footage and add to timeline
3. Set Studio up in stereo mode
4. In monitor out window set to 'Full Resolution Stereo' with 'left' toggled for the left side and 'right' toggled in the monitor output tab for the right side
5. Switch between frames with big difference
Result: Frame in viewer is displayed on monitor out.
6. View a frame in 'Full Resolution Stereo'
7. Switch to 'Squeezed Side by Side' and view a different frame
8. Switch back to 'Full Resolution Stereo'
9. Move back and forward a few frames
Result: The frame in the right eye stays the same and does not match the frame in the viewer. If you step forward 4 frames the right eye updates to the correct frame.
