Problem summary
Repeatedly starting a Preview Render while a render is still in progress can sometimes cause Katana to crash.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open the attached scene.
  2. Repeatedly right-click the Render node and perform a preview render.
Reproduced by support
Katana 2.5v1, 2.5v4 Windows 7/RHEL 6.4
 
Expected behaviour
Render is restarted without issues
 
Actual behaviour
Katana crashes
