Problem summary
Using Thin Line Grid Analysis in the lens distortion node can result in error: viewerChannelSelector: Bounding box size is zero or negative

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Nuke
2. Read in attached PNG file
3. Create a lens distortion node
4. View lens distortion node
5. Navigate to grid analysis tab
6. Select Thin line in grid type drop down
7. Select Analyze grid
Result: Error message appears:
viewerChannelSelector: Bounding box size is zero or negative
Or:
there will be no error but the grid will disappear in the viewer and will only display the background colour of the image
